And by wrong, we mean wrong—contestants have made exactly one trip to the altar in a combined 21 seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
With last season's Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky still a bachelorette (but celebrating the one-year anniversary of her TV engagement to winner Roberto Martinez), the franchise's only married couple are Bachelorette's Trista Rehn (runner-up of original The Bachelor) and winner Ryan Sutter.
(Oh yeah: After dumping Molly Malaney, then Melissa Rycroft, Bachelor Jason Mesnick married Molly this spring. Does that count?)
But reality TV isn't all fauxmance and failure—at least five series have seen some real love connections...
Big Brother: Proving that love can conquer even a Skype cheating scandal, Rachel Reilly accepted her season 12 housemate Brendon Villegas' marriage proposal; season 11 winner Jordan Lloyd is still romancing housemate and The Amazing Race teammate Jeff Schroeder.
SCORE: One engagement, one solid pairing, plus assorted bromances, "bragades" and whatnot
The Biggest Loser: Marty Wolff and met his wife Amy during the third season of the reality weight-loss show in 2007, got married in March 2008, and welcomed their first son in 2009. Season-two winner Matt Hoover has been married to castmate Suzy Preston since 2008; the couple have two children.

The Real World: Although most recent iterations of MTV's reality show focus on hot-tub hookups and threesomes, season three's Real World: San Francisco produced two enduring marriages. Housemates Pam Ling (currently a professor at UC-San Francisco) and writer and comic-book artist Judd Winick started dating after the show wrapped and have been married since 2001. Their housemate, Rachel Campos, married Boston's Sean Duffy (a newly elected Congressman from Wisconsin) after meeting on the show's Road Rules spinoff; the couple have six children.

The Amazing Race: The race's history of long-term love connections include season 15 champs Meghan Rickey and Cheyne Whitney, who just married in a TAR-themed wedding; Chad Waltrip, who proposed to his girlfriend, Stephanie, during last season's competition, who are now married with a baby; and Christina Hsu, who wed her fellow season 12 competitor Azaria Azene this spring, after competing again on TAR with her father in this season's Unfinished Business.

Survivor: Rob Mariano, recently crowned champion of Redemption Island, was runner-up of the All-Stars season, when he proposed to winner Amber Brkich during their finale; married since 2005, the couple have two daughters. Their All-Stars castmates Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca, both Survivor winners themselves (Africa and The Amazon), have been dating since 2004. Other Survivor pairings include Amazon's Alex Bell and Africa's Kim Powers (married since 2006), China's Jaime Dugan and Erik Huffman (married since 2009), China champ Todd Herzog and Tocantins' Spencer Duhm (dating since 2009), and Tocantins' runner-up Stephen Fishbach and China/Heroes vs. Villains alum Courtney Yates (dating since 2009).
