The fallout from Drake and Chris Brown's notorious bar brawl is far from over.

Amid a hail of lawsuits, citations and accusations, a new victim has come forward claiming he was injured during the June 14 bottle-smashing melee.

In documents filed in Manhattan Supreme Court Monday and obtained by E! News, model Romain Julien is suing the two rappers along with W.i.P. club.

He alleges that he was at the club during the brawl and suffered "severe personal injuries" in its aftermath.

Per the complaint, Julien claims to have sustained "glass-caused lacerations, injury to his right hand, including a severed tendon."

He also alleges that he underwent surgery to repair the tendon, will require future medical attention and has limited use of his right arm.

Julien is asking the court hold all the defendants jointly liable for his injuries and is seeking for them to cover all his damages.

Just last week, Drizzy and Breezy were sued by the club itself, which claimed that the two incited the brawl and ordered their respective bodyguards and friends jump into the fray. The club's owners are seeking $16 million in damages.

Meanwhile, Howard Clement filed a lawsuit on Aug. 15 in Kings County (Brooklyn) Supreme Court against W.i.P. alleging that he suffered a wound to the back of the head during the melee, the New York Daily News reports.

However, Andrew Miltenberg, the attorney for W.i.P., tells E! News this is the first he has heard of the suit.

"We have not yet seen the Complaint, and as such, we cannot comment at this time," Miltenberg said.
