Twi-hards curious about the Oscar winner's Ojai, Calif. ranch—where Robert Pattinson decided to take refuge following Kristen Stewart's scandal—will be able to get their first good peak now that Witherspoon has put the home on the market for a cool $10 million.
The very pregnant 36-year-old actress, who's reportedly due any day now, purchased the two-story Spanish-style abode in 2008, and it served as the setting of her wedding last year to agent hubby Jim Toth.
Witherspoon's realtor, Billy Rose of the Agency, tells E! News that the nine-bedroom, seven-bath house, located just a 45-minute drive, from Los Angeles is "unbelievably magical."
"It just teleports you to another time and another era," says Rose. "It's got this grand but elegant presence."
The residence, which was built in 1921, is set back from the road, separated by a gated entrance and long driveway for privacy. It was recently featured in Elle Décor magazine and, according to Rose, its charm and beauty becomes apparent the further one drives into the property.
"It does feel like you are at a five-star boutique resort. They have given tremendous amount of thought to its presentation and landscaping," he adds.
The seven-acre estate also sports a swimming pool, three guest cottages, horse stables, an organic garden, acres of pasture and even a mini-petting zoo.
