Could Chris Brown find himself in front of a judge…again?

Frank Ocean reportedly wants the troubled R&B star charged for his alleged involvement in their purported brawl on Sunday. Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told E! News that Ocean "is desirous of prosecution in this incident."

Ocean, 25, tweeted Sunday that he "got jumped by Chris and a couple guys," adding, "cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys." (E! News confirmed that Brown, 23, is being investigated for allegedly assaulting someone on Sunday. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department did not, however, disclose the victim's identity.)

But a source tells E! News that Brown wasn't looking for trouble in the L.A. studio, saying, "It's easy to just assume Chris started this, but it's absolutely not the case."

The "Nobody's Business" singer is currently serving five years' probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. If charges are filed in the case of Sunday's purported scuffle, he risks having his probation revoked.

Representatives for Brown and Ocean have yet to comment.
