Regardless of the R&B singer's reaction to the performance, bringing these three divas back together was a smart idea

Clearly, asking Beyoncé to do the halftime show at the 2013 Super Bowl on Sunday was a smart plan because she killed it. But what seemed to be an even better idea was reuniting the singer with fellow Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, after the trio shook what their mama gave them and belted some of their big hits while occasionally striking a fierce pose on stage, fans were so impressed that they rushed to buy some of the group's music. Cha-ching!

And we're not talking just any old increase. Destiny's Child's music sales soared by more than 600 percent! Yes, you read that right.

Those sales included the group's brand-new Love Songs compilation, which features one new recording, "Nuclear."

But you know the saying, "You can't please everybody."

Shortly after the show was done, R&B singer Keyshia Cole took to Twitter to share her thoughts on what she just experienced.

"F--k that shit up then Beyonce! Bad bitch central," Cole wrote of the headliner. "I think I was frightened to blink for a sec. Then Michelle sung and woke my ass up from my daze! She always f--king the groove up." Yikes!

Regardless, Williams was pleased with her performance, "Had a great time with my sisters tonight! Tried to keep it a surprise!" she tweeted. "Love you all. God bless!"
