Either Charlie Sheen is a really nice guy or he's secretly Lindsay Lohan's financial advisor.

The Anger Management star has been exceptionally generous with his Scary Movie 5 star lately, and a source confirms to E! News that the actor offered to pay for half of the stunning nude-and-silver beaded fringe Theia gown LiLo wore to the amfAR event last Wednesday.

Oh yeah, we're being totally serious.

The former Two and a Half Men star reportedly put in a call to celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch to ask that he dress Lohan for the night.

"Never in a business like this do you see a celebrity pay for another celebrity," Bloch told Us Weekly, and noted that the request came from Sheen himself and not from an assistant. "He's very considerate."

Very considerate, indeed. Let's not forget that in November, Sheen gave Lohan $100,000 (yes, you read that right) to cover her tax debt.

So why is he doing all this? His rep had told us that the actor "has a long history of helping out his friends in many ways, and this is just another example of that."
