Like many women, Beyoncé didn't bounce back to her fit, bootylicious self immediately after giving birth.

In a new interview with Oprah Winfrey, the 31-year-old superstar said she gained 57 pounds during her pregnancy with Blue Ivy.

"I did a show three months after giving birth, which was crazy," she said laughingly. "I had clearly never given birth, and I didn't know that I would gain 60 pounds—57 pounds."

But the singer "really wanted to know" if she still had her zest for performing. And luckily for all of us, she did.

"I feel so fortunate to do my job. I love my job," she gushed. "I love singing. I love the way it feels."

Another one of Beyoncé's true loves? Her husband, Jay-Z.

"I would not be the woman I am if I did not go home to that man," she said, adding that their relationship "just gives me such a foundation."

Too sweet! For more of Beyoncé's interview, tune in to Oprah's Next Chapter this Sunday at 8 p.m. on OWN.
