Talk about a starter house!

Chelsea Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, have signed a contract for this swanky NYC condo for $10.5 million, a source confirms to E! News.

The fourth floor unit boasts stunning views of Madison Square Park and all the building amenities one could ever wish for.

Chelsea and Marc will enjoy a full-time doorman, a private gym, a key-locked elevator, plenty of storage space and a temperature-controlled package room—because who wouldn't want one of those?!

Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis of Douglas Elliman, who represent the development, described the building, saying, "The Whitman is a unique, super luxury, new condominium project in NYC....There is truly nothing else like this property on the market at the moment and we are extremely proud to be representing it."

As an added bonus, if the former first daughter's parents want to pop by for a visit, the 4,967 square-foot, four-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house place has more than enough space for the whole family!
