Amanda Knox isn't letting her legal nightmare stop her from living her life.

The 25-year-old Seattle native has been ordered by Italy's Supreme Court to stand trial again for the 2007 murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher. Currently, though, Knox is not required to return to Italy.

Sources tell E! News that Knox's April 30 interview with ABC's Diane Sawyer is still on. They cannot, however, cannot confirm just what she'll be talking about as the interview has not been shot yet.

April 30 is also the day Knox's memoir, Waiting to Be Heard, is expected to be released.

This isn't to say that she isn't rattled by the news of the retrial. On Monday,  she was snapped outside her mother's home looking visibly distressed as a friend tried to shield her face from the cameras.
