All eyes may be on Kate Middleton's bump, but the world also likes to stare at her flawless brunette tresses.

For years, the now-pregnant Duchess of Cambridge has inspired hair envy from millions of women—even A-listers like Jennifer Aniston!

Because of this global obsession with Kate's seemingly perfect locks, beauty experts have detailed every inch of her hair routine. From her favorite products (Kérastase) or her go-to stylists (James Pryce and Richard Ward of London's Richard Ward salon).

So when the duchess broke from her normal pattern and was instead spotted at Rossano Ferretti Hair Spa in Mayfair over the weekend, her surprising visit made headlines.

After all, her team at Richard Ward are the masterminds behind her iconic Chelsea blowout (a big part of her signature look), not to mention the half-up, half-down ‘do she had at the royal wedding.

Clearly, they are doing a fantastic job. So why the sudden switch?

Most likely the duchess wanted to try out the Ferretti salon on recommendation from her family. Mother Carole Middleton and sister Pippa Middleton have both hit the salon in the past.

In addition to the Middletons, Rossano's résumé also includes a long list of Hollywood stars, such as Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lawrence.

While we're sure Kate will eventually be back at the Ward salon, it's safe to assume her impromptu stop probably turned out all right.

Plus, with her due date in just 13 days, this could have been her last pampering session before becoming a mom.
