It seems while performing at London's Soho Theatre on July 31, Russell Brand reportedly made a crack about his and the pop singer's sex life.
"When I got divorced, I considered becoming a monk," said the comedian, according to the San Francisco Gate. "When you're a monk, you're not allowed to have sex with anyone. When you're married, it's one person. That's one more than a monk. It's not that different. I'd be having sex thinking, 'Think of anyone, anyone else.'"
Ouch!
Speaking of the Soho Theatre, it was also there that Brand was snapped cozying up to yet another brunette. The Daily Mail cites eyewitnesses who claim the two disappeared into a side room and did not return to the main bar for 20 minutes.
The snuggle sighting comes after the British comedian was spotted making out with a mystery woman during a lunch date in Los Angeles a few days earlier. During the daytime smooch session, the two were seen locking lips while wrapping their arms around each other. The lady in question was reportedly his makeup and hair stylist Nicola Schuller.
Of course, in between all the PDA, Brand still managed to make time to shoot Diablo Cody's directorial effort, Paradise.
The new trailer for the film finds Brand alongside Octavia Spencer and Julianne Hough, who plays Lamb, an evangelical Christian taking a walk on the wild side in Las Vegas after two-thirds of her body is burned in a plane crash.
It's a bit of a reunion for Brand and Hough. The two costarred in Rock of Ages together.
