The 28-year-old former High School Musical star got engaged to beau Christopher French in NYC last night, a rep for the actress confirms to E! News.
A source tells E! News that the couple visited the Empire State Building's VIP-only 103rd floor last night. Tisdale and French were all smiles while hugging at the iconic Big Apple location.
"Best night of my life. We're on top of the world," Tisdale tweeted last night.
Today, the blond beauty was spotted wearing two simple bands on her engagement finger while strolling around the streets of NYC with French. In addition to her new bling, a smiley Tisdale sported rolled-up jeans, black sneakers, a black top and necklace for their outing. French donned a similar outfit of black sneaker, jeans and gray and black shirt.
"Excited to run around and have a shopping day in nyc!! Woo hoo," she tweeted.
