Vince Vaughn is officially a father of two!

The 43-year-old actor and his 34-year-old wife, Kyla Weber, welcomed their second child—a baby boy—Wednesday, Aug. 7, E! News confirms.

Kyla gave birth at a hospital outside of Los Angeles, where the little one weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

The bundle of joy, whom the proud parents named Vernon Lindsay after Vaughn's father, joins  2-year-old big sister Locklyn Kyla.

Just four days before their son's arrival, the couple attended the 87th birthday celebration of Tony Bennett and Exploring the Arts fundraiser, where the expectant star was positively glowing in a bright blue dress, flashing a subtle smile alongside her man.

The actor announced his wife of three years was pregnant in April, admitting the lovebirds were "very excited" to welcome baby No. 2.

He also recently gushed to E! News about the joys of fatherhood, admitting he and fellow parent Owen Wilson often "swap pictures and stories" (too cute!).

The famous friends' children were even photographed adorably holding hands in September.

"All kids bring their own joy, it's a lot of fun," he said. "There's nothing more fun than laughing and playing around with the kids."

Vaughn and Weber wed in 2010, exchanging vows at a lavish Italian-style villa just outside the actor's hometown of Chicago.

And just six months later, the newlyweds announced they were expecting their first child.

"It's the first time that I really want to have kids," the Wedding Crashers star, who was engaged at the time, told People. "I've been very fortunate in my career, and my life has been about that for so long that you get bored of it. You're ready for your life to be about other people and other things."

While The Internship star is clearly family focused, he certainly hasn't abandoned his acting career.

He will soon be seen in the upcoming comedy The Delivery Man (how fitting!) in November, alongside Colbie Smulders and Chris Pratt. He's also set to star in Anchorman 2, which is due for release in December.

Congrats to the family of four!
