The former E! star—who is engaged to baby daddy and EDM event planner Pasquale Rotella—celebrated her bachelorette party with a Disney-themed bash in Pacific Palisades, Calif. Sunday.
Madison's pals Ashley Matthau and former Girls Next Door star Bridgette Marquardt hosted the fantasy fete, which was held at a private home decked out in haunted mansion decor.
The group of pals, who all donned their favorite Disney costumes in honor of the bride-to-be, played Disney trivia games, feasted on Italian food and noshed on a themed cake from Cake Diva's.
Holly's mother Patsy and her sister Stephanie were also in attendance for the celebration.
Madison and Rotella welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Rainbow Aurora, Mar. 5. The little one weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was born at 11:59 a.m.
"I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time," Pasquale told In Touch magazine after his daughter's birth. "Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."
After the arrival of the pair's bundle of joy, Rotella proposed to 33-year-old new mom in June at the top of the Electric Daisy Carnival Ferris wheel in Las Vegas.
"I was so happy that so many of our close friends were there to share the wonderful moment with us!" Holly posted on her blog after the engagement while sharing plenty of snaps of the momentous moment. "We rode around the festival on the art car until the sun came up! I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful or magical proposal!"
The former Playmate also continues to gush over her daughter and can't seem to stop sharing adorable shots of the little one on social media.
"My baby just lounging in my bathroom," Madison tweeted Tuesday, posting an adorable pic of her 4-month-old baby girl.
The proud parent is also reportedly heading back to work and, according to US Weekly, the former Peepshow star is in the early stages of producing a Las Vegas show all her own.
