In case you haven't heard, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be cohosting the Golden Globe Awards again for 2014 and 2015, which means we are guaranteed two years of successful hosting gigs during awards season.

It's no surprise that these two Saturday Night Live alums are phenomenal together, but in case your memory is a little fuzzy, we've put together a nice little list of the pair's best moments from their hosting duties during last year's show.

And just as we remembered—they're amazing.

The Opening Monologue: This was a big nugget of comedic gold. Here are some of the greatest highlights from the show open:

• "Ricky Gervais could not be here tonight because he is no longer technically in show business," Fey said. And Poehler added, "We wanna assure you we have no intention on being edgy or offensive tonight because as Ricky learned the hard way—when you run afoul the Hollywood Foreign Press, they make you host this show two more times." (Funny enough, the duo will be hosting the show two more times.)

• "Kathryn Bigelow's nominated tonight," Poehler said. "I haven't really been following the controversy over Zero Dark Thirty, but when it comes to torture, I trust the lady who spent three years married to James Cameron."

• "Anne Hathaway, you gave a stunning performance in Les Misérables," Tina told her. "I have not seen someone so totally alone and abandoned like that since you were on stage with James Franco at the Oscars." She and Poehler then discussed that Hathaway wouldn't do well in porn.

• They also acknowledged the stars who were absent. "Meryl Streep is not here tonight," Poehler said. "She has the flu—and I hear she's amazing in it."

Getting Cozy With Celebs: While anxiously listening to the names being called out in the category they were both nominated for (Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy or Musical), Fey got close with Jennifer Lopez, who joined in Tina's jitters, while Poehler snuggled on George Clooney's lap, without a care in the world. P.S. That moment became one of her highlights from the show.

Drunk Confessions: The two funnygals pretended (we think?) to be drunk after losing to Lena Dunham. "Everyone's getting loose now that we're all losers," Poehler said. Their faux-intoxicated presentation included calling out how "drunk" Glenn Close was and warning Taylor Swift to stay away from Michael J. Fox's son.

(She didn't like that too much. "You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people," Swift told Vanity Fair when asked about the incident. "Because she said to me she had heard a quote that she loved that said, ‘There's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women.'")

Getting Into Character: Fey and Poehler each dressed up as "nominees" from the fake film Dog President. Tina rocked a thin mustache, and Poehler showed off a red wig and grill that was in need of some dental care.

Making a Joke Out of Something Serious: Jodie Foster's speech may have been hard to follow, but one thing was clear—she came out of the closet! And that provided the perfect closing to the show. "Goodnight, everybody! We're going home with Jodie Foster," they joked.

We can't wait to see what's in store this year!

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
