Justin Bieber's Wild Weekend in Brazil: The Real Story Behind That Club Visit

Justin Bieber's weekend apparently wasn't that wild.

Multiple sources tell E! News that the 19-year-old visited a Rio de Janeiro nightclub called Centauros and we've heard that two female employees left with him and his entourage—but we're also told that the club isn't an actual brothel, as some media outlets have chosen to label the place.

It's more like an "old-fashioned gentleman's club," a source describes the scene to E! News. "It is not over-the-top nice, but it isn't sleazy, either. It has a dance floor. For what it is, it is high end and it's not cheap to get in there. There is an entrance fee. Playboy types go there and local businessmen and tourists."

Sounds like your average Hollywood club in many ways...

Bieber—who was also pelted mid-concert with a bottle while performing in Sao Paolo on Saturday, making for a strange weekend all-around—was photographed on his way out of the club, surrounded by bodyguards, with his face and most of his body shielded by a sheet.

A recent Instagram pic of Bieber showed a match between the tattoos on the disembodied limb visible in the photo and the pop heartthrob's arm.

Reps for the "Bad Day" singer have not commented on the matter.

A source close to Bieber tell us that he just thought that he and his crew were visiting a private club.

Centauros is "like a bar and club [combined]," the club source adds. "The girls that work there—some have clothes on and some kinda don't...They are all in there to make money. They don't work for the club."

For the record, the legal drinking age in Brazil is 18 and prostitution, should any such transaction have occurred inside the club among its patrons, is legal to engage in at the age of 18 and older as well.

Bieber has been bouncing between Rio and Sao Paolo via helicopter, last night visiting a club in the latter city, his shirtless self dancing away.

"Brazil you have been amazing. thank you. except this guy. he was too much. @LukeBroadlick i thought it was u. wtf," he tweeted today along with a YouTube video of a guy who rushed him onstage.

"@justinbieber haha. Thought it was me too. Bro got your back!" his pal Broadlick tweeted him back.
