The Star Trek Into Darkness star was caught locking lips with a mystery blond while vacationing in Paris, France, on Monday, Nov. 11. The actor and his new ladylove spent the afternoon touring the famed Tuileries Garden before visiting Les Invalides. After checking out the Eiffel Tower that night, the two shared drinks and kisses at a nearby wine bar.
It's the first time Pine and his unidentified partner have been seen in public together. The 33-year-old movie star was most briefly linked to swimsuit model Amanda Frances in May, shortly after he and model Dominique Piek ended their two-year relationship.
Pine recently admitted to Cosmopolitan that it "can be awkward and uncomfortable meeting someone," but he heeds his mother's advice when it comes to women. "[She] always told me to take my elbows off the table, so that if I ever had dinner with a queen, I would know how to eat properly."
"But she also taught me basic things about being a gentleman, like opening car doors," added Pine, who next stars in Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit. "Especially in Los Angeles, I think people lose those small gestures that harken back to a different time but are still mutually appreciated by women and men. Those little things are just nice."
When Ellen DeGeneres asked Pine about his ideal woman during a May 16 appearance on her eponymous talk show, the actor got squeamish. "I don't know," the Into the Woods actor shrugged. "I think anything that any normal man would be looking for: intelligence, beauty and a sense of humor...You have to be able to carry a conversation after the initial attraction kind of dies down."
