It looks like Reese Witherspoon can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

Her Ojai, Calif., home, which has been on the market for over a year, may have very well found a buyer (finally!) after a major reduction in asking price.

The actress first listed the Spanish-style ranch home for $10 million, and eventually lowered it to $5.9 million to date, and we're guessing she's just happy to get it off her hands.

As for the picturesque property, it's certainly worth its weight in value, having been the venue for her wedding to husband Jim Toth last year and also the famed getaway for Robert Pattinson after his breakup with Kristen Stewart.

Talk about a cool claim to fame!

If the buyer follows celebrities at all, we're thinking they hit the jackpot!

The two-story home, which was also featured in Elle Décor, is filled with beauty and charm, and comes with all of the fixings, including three guest cottages, a swimming pool, barn, horse stables, carriage house, organic garden and much more.

Witherspoon's realtor Billy Rose of the Agency tells E! News that the grandiose home, located only 45 minutes from Los Angeles, is "unbelievably magical."

Rose says Witherspoon, like many others that have seen the estate, fell in love with it on first sight.

And for good reason!

The stunning pad features nine spacious bedrooms and seven baths and was originally built in 1921 by architect Wallace Neff.

The historic space, which was previously owned by actor Harold Ramis and celebrity designer Kathryn M. Ireland, is positively brimming with character including century-old hardware, fireplaces, arches, original stonework, Spanish tiles and plank floors, just to name a few.

It's the best of both worlds!
