Day three seems to be looking delicious.

Beyoncé and hubby Jay Z are continuing their 22-day vegan challenge, and the singing superstar shared on Instagram what was on the menu for today. According to her tasty picture collage, the power couple feasted on some vegan mac and cheese, vegan portobello mushrooms, grilled corn on the cob and what looks to be big loaves of bread. Yum!

The duo revealed on Tuesday via Hov's Life + Times blog that they will be going vegan for the next 22 days. "Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you've found the way," Jay Z wrote on his blog.

"On December 3, one day before my 44th birthday, I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based! This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a 'plant-based breakfast' every day. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought."

E! News got the exclusive details on Bey and Jay's first few days on the new diet. They started their new journey at Real Food Daily—a restaurant that serves organic vegan cuisine—in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

An eyewitness told E! News, "The couple were sweet together, affectionate, jolly and in a positive vibe," and added, "They were gracious, humble and excited to be there to begin their first day of their 22-day plant-based cleanse. They were also very thankful for the service."

Yesterday, the pair and some friends enjoyed a vegan birthday lunch for Hova at Cafe Gratitude in L.A. "They were great! They were happy," a source told E! News. "They had lunch, had a good time, and left."

Throughout the challenge, Bey has been snapping photos of their different vegan plates and options, so we can expect to see a lot more plant-based food pics on Instagram over the next couple of weeks!
