Rihanna's New Year's Eve bash looked like the place to be!

The "What Now" singer rang in 2014 with close friends at Jay Z's 40/40 club in New York City.

She posted several pictures of the evening on her Instagram page, showing her dancing with her best friends and celebrating the night away.

RiRi first held a private dinner party at her Manhattan apartment before the evening's festivities.

The intimate gathering toasted when the clock struck midnight and then headed to the nightclub.

Rihanna's pals partied in the back VIP room, which was filled with 500 black balloons and black and white party favors.

Guests of the Grammy winner snacked on platters of appetizers and had a multitude of cocktails to choose from throughout the night.

Cara Delevingne, who was dressed in an all-black ensemble, was on hand to welcome to the New Year with her famous friend.

Meanwhile, the sultry singer rocked a white silk pantsuit, black bustier and a crystal headpiece with a veil for her night out on the town.

According to an eyewitness, RiRi paid more attention to showing off her killer dance moves with her girl friends than any gentlemen in the room.

And it looks like the self-named good girl gone bad had quite a good time.

"Epic night or nah? We partied like we ain't party all year! lol #2014," she wrote on her Instagram.
