The fallout continues during Jude Law's phone-hacking trial against several News of the World editors.

On Tuesday, Jan 28, the London courtroom heard testimony from a former reporter at the now-defunct publication.

Dan Evans, who used to work under Andy Coulson, explained that he played a voicemail from Sienna Miller to Daniel Craig in 2005.

Evans, who admitted to phone hacking, said that ten coworkers (including Coulson) knew how he was obtaining information about the stars.

The prosecution asked Evans to describe the content of the voicemail and how Coulson reacted to hearing it.

According to Evans, the message from Law's then-girlfriend said: "Hi it's me. I can't speak, I'm at the Groucho with Jude. I love you."

He added that Coulson "became very animated" upon hearing the voicemail.

Coulson "held my elbow and said, ‘You are a company man now,'" Evans told the court.

He added, Coulson "wanted to preserve the tape but not the original recording so he said to me, 'Make a recording of the tape and stick it into the jiffy bag, have it sent to the front gate and have them say it has been dropped in anonymously.'"

Coulson is one of seven people who deny any charges related to phone hacking. He also denies conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office.

On Monday, Law had an emotionally trying day on the witness stand describing intimate details of his relationship with Miller.

When asked by one of the defendant's attorneys if he had been aware of his then-girlfriend cheating on him in September 2005, Law replied, "Yes…indeed I was."

He also explained that he confronted the James Bond star with a phone call, urging him to admit the affair to his girlfriend at the time, Satsuki Mitchell.

"We had known each other many, many years, so the conversation took on all sorts of turns," Law explained.

Neither Miller nor Craig, who starred in Layer Cake in 2004, have publically spoken about their tryst.
