Mariah Carey has made her thoughts on Valentine's Day known. In particular, to husband Nick Cannon.

"I told Nick, 'Valentine's Day is for girls," she playfully shared when she called in to New York's 106.1 radio station on Friday. "'I mean, I'll get you something, but really, I think it should be all about me.'"

The singer went on to reveal that she and Nick actually celebrated the holiday on Thursday because he will be in New Orleans tonight for the 2014 Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.

And since they won't be together on Valentine's Day, Mariah plans on sending him some selfies while he's away.

"I'm still rocking the lingerie ensembles for this Valentine's Day," she said.

Then again, these two certainly don't need a holiday to keep the love alive.

"Nick and I celebrate our wedding anniversary every month," Mariah noted. "The 30th of every month, we give each other balloons. We give each other roses."

Well, that certainly seems to be working. After all, Monroe and Moroccan's parents are coming up on six years of marriage this April.
