Kate Hudson giggled her way through Box of Lies on The Tonight Show Monday.
With an infectious and adorable laugh just like her mother Goldie Hawn's, the Wish I Was Here actress charmed her opponent Jimmy Fallon during the good-natured game. The rules were simple: each competitor would select a box from the shelf and describe its contents to the other person. Hudson and Fallon then had to decide whether they were being told the truth or fed a lie in order to win the round.
Hudson, 35, was the first to select a box. "I'm so excited because I'm very competitive," she told Fallon.
The movie star pulled out a spoon in a bowl full of pennies and told the truth. When it was Fallon's turn, he opened a box containing and orange hamburger. The comic decided to lie, which worked in his favor.

During the interview portion of The Tonight Show, Hudson dished on her famous family. "Mom and dad are great. We just were on a vacation together. We went wine tasting. We were drunk for four days," she said. "They are fun parents. We're really close. We all live about five minutes from each other."
She also talked about her sons Ryder Robinson, 10, and Bing Bellamy, 3. "He's a little man and he's really funny. He's super funny and he's really patient," she said of her elder son, whom she shares with her ex-husband. "Bing just terrorizes him. Bing is like a force of nature. He elbows Ryder in the eye."
Because Fallon's daughter is celebrating her first birthday this week, he asked Hudson for party advice.
For Robinson's first birthday, Hudson got a petting zoo that included bunnies and llamas. "That's kind of large, right?" she giggled. "It was raining...and so I just brought all the animals into my kitchen. It was the greatest party ever." For Bellamy's birthday, however, she went more low-key with cake and donuts.
Fallon, meanwhile, joked that Winnie's first birthday has become a "circus."
