What better way to celebrate National Orgasm Day—don't pretend you didn't know today was National Orgasm Day—than to get your A/S/L on. Thankfully, in an era of Tinder and Grindr and OkCupid I Guess He'll Do, it doesn't require much etiquette to find someone DTF.

But a decade ago, people didn't necessarily know what they were doing; Thankfully, this video tutorial existed: "How to Cybersex on the Internet." It seems like a parody, but the World Wide Web was a weird place in the '90s, so we'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

The video attempts earnestness, with the host explaining, "I'll show you how to reach a cyber sex climas." But somewhere in the mix—maybe when she continues on to say, "We'll also visit others who have mastered the art of one-handed typing" or when she's SUDDENLY TOPLESS—things get weird.

(WARNING: Video contains censored nudity, but still may be considered NSFW.)

The video was discovered by Found Footage Festival curators Nick Prueher and Joe Pickett in a Minnesota thrift store. Unfortunately the clip is only 90 seconds long, so we'll never know if the host reached her cybersex climax in Seduction Junction.
