Selena Gomez continues to ride the wave of success!

The talented entertainer was honored with the Ultimate Choice Award at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards Sunday night!

The Spring Breakers actress is the youngest recipient to ever take home the coveted surfboard, but it's certainly easy to understand why! At the young age of 22, the beauty has already had numerous hit movies, songs and a popular television show!

"Thank you so much! I have to be honest—especially this month—I cannot thank you guys enough. You remind me, amidst all the stuff that we deal with personally, what's important, and that's giving and loving and caring about each other," the "Come and Get It" singer told her fans as she accepted the award in a classy black jumpsuit.

"I'm not trying to preach or any of that. It's just that you guys make me better, and I just really appreciate everything that you've done," she graciously said.

The Monte Carlo star also began to tear up while acknowledging one very special person in her life—her mother, Mandy Teefey!

"I want to thank my mom so much because she's the greatest human being in the world, and she's strong and she's given up her life for me. She's so beautiful," the Stars Dance musician gushed. "She's incredible. This never belongs to me. This only goes to you. Thank you for letting me do what I love."

The gorgeous brunette is in great company with past recipients like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Ashton Kutcher, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Mike Myers and Venus and Serena Williams!
