Before the ripped True Blood hunk began dating girlfriend Sofía Vergara, the 37-year-old revealed to People back in June that his ultimate "celebrity crush" was none other than the 42-year-old Modern Family actress (need any more proof that if you put something into the universe, it will come true?!).
"I had forgotten I had said that," Manganiello laughed during an interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest. "And when the magazine came out, by that time, we were seeing each other and when I got the magazine and opened it up and read it, I forgot I said that. I started laughing."
But what did Vergara think of her man's celeb crush admission?
"She was laughing at me," he revealed. "She thought that I was crazy for having said that out loud or said it in the magazine, but you know, I guess it worked."
It certainly did! Manganiello and Vergara have been heating up the past few months. Just this week the lovebirds got their PDA on while attending Justin Timberlake's concert in L.A. The super-hot stars were all over each other, cuddling and kissing throughout the show.
