FacebookKelly Clarkson has been keeping a low profile since the birth of her daughter, River Rose, in late June, but the songstress stepped out for the first time in order to accept the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge!
The 32-year-old wasn't alone, however, as she had her husband Brandon Blackstock right by her side for the freezing cold activity.
Clarkson wore a burgundy T-shirt, capri yoga pants and her hair back in a ponytail during the challenge—which appears to have gone down in her stunning backyard.
"We've been trying to do it, but we're just nervous about it!" she said while dancing on a brick path next to her hubby.
She then nominated several of her friends and family and said, "I hope I can lift the bucket because this is really heavy."
And once she and Brandon poured the buckets on themselves, the new mama immediately shrilled and screamed, "Oh my God, that's so cold!" before running around her yard frantically.
Brandon, meanwhile, couldn't stop laughing at his leading lady and told the pal filming, "Cut!"
