If Taylor Swift ever gets tired of making music, there's always cheerleading!

The "Shake It Off" singer, who returned to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts this week, is celebrating her latest accomplishment by giving Swifties a behind-the-scenes look at her single's music video.

"I can't thank radio and you all enough for the Hot 100 #1!" she Tweeted to her fans. "But I can give you this video of Shake It Off outtakes."

Cue the excitement!

In the hilarious video, Swift reveals the intense training she had to endure in order to be the best cheerleader possible.

"I did a lot of running, which I hate!" she explained. "I've been running a lot [for a month] just to do this amount of cardio. These are the longest shoot days I've ever done." We feel ya, girl.

And when it comes to those amazing stunts, she did them all by herself!

"I've done a million basket tosses and I've never done one before the shoot," Swift said. "It's really terrifying to know that you're going to be thrown into the air, but they catch me so that's good."

More like thank goodness!

Earlier this month, Swift announced plans for a brand new album during a Yahoo! livestream event.

"We've made my favorite album I've ever made," she told her fans.
