Some fans of Lana Del Rey are feeling an extra bit of "Summertime Sadness" this week.

The 29-year-old singer has canceled all of her upcoming European appearances in support of her latest album, Ultraviolence. No word on if Lana's performance at the Music Midtown Festival in Atlanta this coming weekend will be affected.

"For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days," the Universal Music label said in a statement to MTV.

Del Rey hopes to reschedule her prior agreements later this year.

The announcement comes days after Lana canceled two private concerts for Virgin Radio listeners in Paris. She has also been silent on Twitter since July 30 when she posted her music video for "Ultraviolence."

In a surprise turn of events, however, the singer fooled fans when she appeared on James Franco's Instagram last month.

"Oh snap, we got married," the actor captioned online before clarifying that he was just kidding. Now that would be a bombshell!

In the meantime, we're wishing Lana a quick and speedy recovery! We're already missing that very special voice.
