At this rate, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's first child is going to pop out in tree pose.
Mila practiced prenatal yoga yet again today, further indication that come hell or high water (or a wave of stifling L.A. heat, which finally broke a bit today) the actress—who also practiced yoga before her pregnancy—has remained fiercely committed to her fitness routine as her due date grows ever nearer.
Let's just say, we would not be surprised to find out that Mila's water broke while she was in adho muka svanasana, aka downward-facing dog.
We've taken the liberty of gathering a number of pics of Mila heading to yoga or pilates over the past few months, and you can see how, since May, her belly has steadily grown to accommodate Baby Kunis-Kutcher. Take a look and enjoy the stroll down gestational lane.
Which also brings us to the question: Is it still safe for the Ted star to be doing all of the bending that yoga entails?
According to the expert summation on Higher Ground Yoga, "Prenatal yoga practice, like your pregnancy, is an evolving disclipline. There's confusion and controversy in the industry around what is appropriate and what isn't for women during their babies' different developmental stages.
"It's actually a bit like birth and birth preparation itself: though there are some agreed-upon guidelines (like, for instance, no deep twisting that stresses the uterus), there's just not one-size-fits-all answer because your body is unique...Some women are crazy for triangle pose during their third trimester. Others find that it puts too much pressure on their bellies and pelvic area. We try, we observe, we adjust."
And we can only imagine that Mila is a big fan of the instruction she's been getting and the way yoga makes her feel—why else would she be going seemingly all the time?!
