The 28-year-old actress went from blond to even blonder this week, debuting her new platinum pixie cut for the first time out and about on Thursday during Jimmy Kimmel Live.
On Tuesday, Kaley shared a pic of her bright blond look on Instagram, uploading a shot of her getting her pixie perfected by celeb hairstylist Jen Atkin. Kaley's new look is also a bit more shaggy and piecey now, and so the platinum color gives it an extra dose of oomph.
Kaley also shared a sweet (pun intended) photo of her cozying up to her husband, Ryan Sweeting, backstage at Jimmy Kimmel. Kaley wore a chic, all-black getup with a plunging neckline, which was the perfect complement to her edgier platinum look.
And if you're wondering if Kaley will be wearing extensions to play Penny for the new season of The Big Bang Theory, the answer is nope.
Kaley revealed to EW that she cut her hair short this June for a role on the upcoming indie film Burning Bodhi. She offered to wear extensions for TBBT, but producers thought it would be a good idea to keep her hair short.
