Every awkward party has a crasher, right?

Howard Stern Show minion Benjy Bronk made a very brief, albeit memorable, spectacle of himself today during NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's long-awaited press conference to address where the league is headed with its policies on domestic violence and other forms of abuse in light of the arrests and/or suspension of now four players in the past two weeks.

Things were going along—question, answer, question, answer, cameras click-click-clicking—when all of a sudden there was a commotion toward the side of the dais and a shrill-voiced man could be heard screaming, "Ow, ow, ow! I'm Benji! What's going on?! What are you doing?!"

Mystery solved, in case anyone was wondering who the seemingly random "screaming man" was, as how so many headlines referred to him. The producer and longtime Stern Show personality had just popped up at yet another press conference to make some news for the boss' XM Sirius Radio show. (And we can't wait to hear what Howard has to say about it on Monday!)

"Don't let them take me to the elevator! Don't take me to an elevator! Please, don't take me to an elevator!" Benjy also screamed, his choice of "joke" obviously inspired by the Ray Rice situation.

No word on whether security dragged him into an elevator, but they sure dragged him outta there.

"I had nothing to do with that," one of the reporter's cracked, prompting a smile from Goodell.

The action starts at about 55:30 in the video here.
