And Johnny Weir and Victor Voronov's divorce drama continues.

After months of accusations, a nude photo leak, disputes over property and pets, a failed reconciliation and two alleged altercations (one physical), the Olympic skater and his estranged ex are at odds once again over more messy allegations.

Voronov filed a defamation lawsuit against Weir on Sept. 18 in New York claiming that Weir falsely accused him "of attempted rape and sexual misconduct in front of over 2,500,000 viewers" during an interview with Access Hollywood back in March. Voronov also claims Weir spread "salacious lies" about his sexual health and publically accused Voronov of having "herpes" or "some sort of sexually transmitted disease." Victor says that Weir specifically made those statements to maliciously injure and embarrass him and to hold him out to public scorn and ridicule, according to the complaint obtained by E! News.

But that's not all. Voronov says that destroying his reputation was not enough and Weir also turned violent on three occasions and engaged in "heinous acts of domestic violence," leaving him permanently scarred. Voronov claims Weir inflicted several wounds on his body, including a bite mark.

Weir and Voronov married back in December 2013 and announced their divorce in February 2014 after just 13 months of marriage.

Following the split, Weir did a televised interview where he accused his ex of domestic violence. Weir later claimed Voronov hit their dog and stole luxury items from him, including "a Faberge egg, a Louis Vuitton trunk (and all of its contents), luggage, a Louis Vuitton jewelry case with all the jewelry missing, a Hermes ashtray and my Lexus truck key."

Weir doesn't seem too bothered by Voronov's complaint and new allegations. He tweeted about attending the "An Evening With Champions" charity benefit event hours ago, writing, "Very long and aggressive day but so happy to be in Boston for @eveningwchamps with my friends, skating for an amazing cause."

The sports star also shared a glam pic of himself on Instagram today with the caption, "Off to work. Beyond excited to perform for you Boston!"
