AKM-GSIChristina Applegate isn't going to let a minor injury slow her down!
The 42-year-old actress, who is currently filming her upcoming movie Vacation in Tucker, Ga., was snapped on set on Thursday where she was photographed wearing an ice pack on her shoulder, which was held in place by a tightly wrapped bandage.
So what happened?!
While some reports have stated that Applegate dislocated her shoulder, a source tells E! News that's not the case. "She hurt herself while working out," the source revealed, adding that the injury was "very minor" and "nothing serious at all."
Whew!
Between takes, the mother of one was also seen escorting her three-year-old daughter Sadie Grace back to her trailer, clearly playing double duty as both a mom and actress on set.
The much-buzzed film is a reboot of the wildly popular 1983 comedy National Lampoon's Vacation, which famously starred Chevy Chase as the Griswold family patriarch.
Horrible Bosses writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein will direct the flick based off a script they wrote and David Dobkin is set to produce the New Line sequel.
It was recently announced that Chase, as well as former co-star Beverly D'Angelo, will reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen Grinswold.
Additionally, Applegate will take on the role of Debbie, the wife of Rusty Griswold, who will be played by Ed Helms.
Newcomers Lesie Mann (who will reportedly play Aubrey Grinswold), Chris Hemsworth and Charlie Day have also signed on to the star-studded cast.
A release date for the forthcoming film has yet to be announced.
