Did Mario Lopez just add Love Doctor to his résumé?

The 40-year-old dimpled stud is no stranger to getting lots of love from the ladies, and while he may now be happily married to his gorgeous wife and mother of two kids, Courtney Mazza, Lopez has had his fair share of former flings, flames and even rounds of infidelity. But Lopez is all about being faithful since getting with Mazza, and shares some wisdom for those who have had encounters with cheating.

According to his interview on Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show today, it all has to do with that wonderful thing we all know and love hate—timing.

"I really don't think people change. I think they are who they are, but I think you grow up and stuff sorta gets redundant and I also don't think it's about meeting the right person. Everyone says it's about meeting the right person. It's really—as corny as it sounds—it's really about the timing in your life," he explains.

"The timing in your life as an individual, the timing in the other person's, it's really gotta make sense. And I was so blessed to meet my wife when I did. I wasn't necessarily looking to get married, but I was looking for a companion or maybe to just kinda chill."

Mario continues, "There is no 'right one.' You can meet an amazing girl but if she comes when you're not ready, you're just gonna mess it up…It's all about the right time."

Before meeting his wife, the Extra host was linked to ex-wife Ali Landry and Dancing With the Stars partner Karina Smirnoff (to name a few), and although those relationships didn't stand the test of time, Lopez claims there's no bad blood between him and any of his exes.

"I get along with most all my exes. I've always had the kind of attitude that they were a part of your life and there's no reason why you can't not be friends. I don't think you need to be friends immediately, you kinda need to let the…you gotta mourn the death of the romantic relationship, right? But after some time…," he said.

Lopez then concluded, "You can't end things in an ugly way. You gotta be a man about it. You gotta come correct."

Fellas, are you taking notes?
