Friendly co-stars or something more?!

Shia LaBeouf and Kate Mara traveled to the Disneyland Resort this week for a casual day out.

Joined by a VIP tour guide, the two Hollywood stars traveled around Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure Park for about six hours where they enjoyed thrilling rides, great food and each other's company.

"They were very close to each other from time to time," an eyewitness told E! News. "At one point they were holding hands and they were always looking at one another in the eyes."

When not enjoying the sights and sounds of the Happiest Place on Earth, the duo was enjoying the great food the parks had to offer.

From popcorn and churros to frozen lemonade and ice cream, both Mara and LaBeouf managed to keep cool during their busy day.

"They appeared to be having fun, enjoying the company," the eyewitness shared. "They tried to stay low key."

However, what could appear to be signs of a blossoming relationship could also simply be two co-stars bonding at a popular venue. After all, LaBeouf was spotted holding hands with girlfriend Mia Goth just last month.

In September, news broke that the two Hollywood stars would be appearing in the psychological thriller Man Down.

The film follows a haunted Afghanistan war veteran who attempts to come to terms with his past while searching for his family in a post-apocalyptic America.

With a plot-line like that, maybe a casual trip to Disneyland is in order.

Man Down is tentatively scheduled to hit theatres in September 2016.
