It's the moment we've been waiting for: Could Tori Spelling actually be pregnant again?

With four young kids and a rocky relationship with husband Dean McDermott, the reality star already has her hands quite full. But in a sneak peek at True Tori's season two premiere, fans get a preview of the dramatic conversation the couple has to face.

As McDermott lies down on the couple's bed, Spelling drops a major surprise.

"This is going to sound crazy," she says in a calm voice. "I feel like I'm pregnant."

Visibly shocked, McDermott pauses before wanting clarification. "Is that a joke or for reals?" he asks. Unfortunately, fans have to wait until the show's premiere on Tuesday to find out.

That's not the only shocking moment from the premiere. Spelling also goes on a lunch date with a close friend who has a hard time defending her choice to have sex with a married man.

For those who don't remember, Tori and Dean fell in love when they were both married to other people. Today, the couple's marriage is in deep trouble after Dean confirmed he cheated on a woman named Emily.

While Tori's friend is more than willing to blame both Dean and Emily, Tori is a little more forgiving.

"Maybe I have a hard time with that part because that's how I met Dean," she explains. "Maybe that's why I have a hard time and defend her and say I'm not mad at Emily…because that's the place I was coming from."

Spelling later confesses that she had sex with McDermott the first night they met claiming it was a "conscious decision"  after falling "head over heels" in love.

Still, Tori's friend admits she will never say it's okay that she slept with a married man.

"Now that this has happened to me," Spelling explains, "I know a lot of people are like, ‘well, karma's a bitch.'"

To watch the family drama unfold, tune in for True Tori premiering Tuesday night at 9 p.m. only on Lifetime.
