And just last week, he was spotted laughing and engaging in some adorable PDA with his singing leading lady.
The two were seen shopping together in France and even tried things on for one another.
According to an eyewitness, the Twilight hunk was constantly putting his arm around his girlfriend's waist, and was seen hugging her and kissing her on her neck.
"They two looked really happy together, laughing most of the time," the insider added of the cute couple, who appeared relaxed and comfortable in each other's company.
Twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, has been on tour in Europe to promote her album, LP1.
E! News exclusively revealed last month that the two were "officially an item" after meeting through a mutual friend.
The duo has "great chemistry," a source gushed, "Rob really likes her."
