The sprawling Connecticut farmhouse, which is just short of 3,500 square-feet, has been listed for $1.6 million. The listing is held by Joanna Dresser of Christie's International Real Estate, according to Zillow.

Set on 38 acres of land along the Quinebaug River, this woodsy retreat features luxe furnishings, a swimming pool—and, calling all bakers!—a bread oven in the family room.

This is the second time Zellweger has listed the estate, which she bought in 2004. And while the home has some modern updates, there is still plenty of rural appeal.
