Check Out Which Fan-Favorite Character Is Returning to Once Upon a Time!

Is he returning for flashbacks, or is there something even better in store?

Once Upon a Time sure knows how to punch us right in the heart by killing off some extremely attractive characters.

From Sheriff Skinnyjeans/the Huntsman (Jamie Dornan) to Neal/Baelfire (Michael Raymond-James) to August/Pinocchio (Eion Bailey), our hearts have had to endure so much crushing over the past four seasons it's a wonder that we're still alive!

But one of these three fan-favorite OUAT hunks is coming back to the ABC fairy-tale drama this season and the news of his return has brought us back to life!

Bailey will reprise his role as August/Pinocchio in episode 14 this season, titled "Enter the Dragon."

Seeing as how last we saw Pinocchio, he was a young boy again, what does Bailey's return to the show mean? Quick refresher: he was killed while trying to warn Emma (Jennifer Morrison) that Neal's new girlfriend Tamara (Sonequa Martin-Green) was actually working with Peter Pan (Robbie Kay). The Blue Fairy (Keegan Connor Tracy) was able to save his life, but only turning back the clock and making him young again.

Will the grown version of August be shown in flashbacks? Will magic somehow speed up the clock for him and make him an appropriate age for Emma again? Since the Blue Fairy was sucked into the sorcerer's hat, does that somehow affect Pinocchio? So many questions!

Once Upon a Time returns with new episodes on Sunday, March 1 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
