During a recent interview with the London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard, bandmate Louis Tomlinson dished, "David Beckham is just a cool, cool guy but I saw Russell Brand on Jonathan Ross and he just speaks so incredibly. I look up to him, he's cool."
1D's Zayn Malik added, "I wouldn't necessarily say I have a crush on him, but I really appreciate Jake Gyllenhaal's acting. I've seen him in a film called Prisoners. He's so sick."
As for Niall Horan, the Irish singer explained, "Johnny Depp is pretty sick, and he's a really nice fella, too."
The boy-banders also talked about their support for the LGBT community and gave advice to struggling gay and lesbian youth. "Just be yourself," Zayn said. "If that's who you are, that's who you are and don't be afraid to be the person that you are."
While the singers did reveal their man crushes, bandmate Liam Payne recently explained there's no chance of him actually getting it on with another dude. "I'm 100 percent not homophobic," Payne said the other month. "But I'm also 100 percent not gay, so when somebody says I am I'm gonna say I'm not, which does not make me a homophobe."
