Phaedra Parks confirmed Sunday on Watch What Happens Live what Real Housewives of Atlanta fans have known for some time now: She and estranged hubby Apollo Nida are, as E! News reported back in October, planning to divorce.

The Bravo star explained to Andy Cohen that she's still in contact with her incarcerated ex, who is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence in Kentucky after pleading guilty to fraud in federal court.

"Well, we're amicably resolving this marriage, she said. "We're resolving this marriage...resolving to dissolve, yes."

Parks, who was two sons with Nida (Dylan, 19 months, and Ayden, 4), said she talks to him "five, six times a week—if not more." She added, too, that the former couple's kids are "definitely in contact" with their father behind bars.

"Well, of course we have a 1 year old, so he doesn't really comprehend," she said of baby Dylan. "He's just too young...Ayden definitely knows that he's in Kentucky and Apollo told him where he was. He definitely is very aware. It's very tough for a 4 year old."

The same day Nida entered prison, Parks' attorney issued a statement on behalf saying the mother of two "is now putting all of her energy into ensuring the well-being of her two children and making decisions that are in their best interests."

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
