On the red carpet at the 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, comedian Kevin Hart stopped to chat with Ryan and jokingly revealed he's grown since the last time he chatted with the E! News Red Carpet host.
"I got taller," The Wedding Ringer star said. "I'm about 5'4" right now!"
Alas, even at 5'4", he's still shorter than Ryan, who was quick to gloat over his height victory.
"This is a moment right now!" Ryan boasted. "Somebody in Hollywood is shorter than I am."
However, Kevin, who is hosting Saturday Night Live for the first time next weekend, is calling foul play, accusing Ryan of wearing shoe lifts. "I want a shoe check," he demanded.
But Ryan wasn't the only person on the podium that Hart was shorter than: his gorgeous fiancée Eniko Parrish is also taller than him!
Kevin and Eniko, an aspiring model and actress, got engaged in August after dating for five years.
The Wedding Ringer hits theaters Jan. 16, 2015.
