Ben & Jerry's, New Core FlavorsBen & Jerry's

Those of us who consider ourselves ice cream connoisseurs have long been devoted to the B&J. The founding fathers of frozen dessert seem to constantly know just what we're craving. And now, the geniuses who brought us munchie stalwarts like Half Baked and Chunky Monkey have raised the bar yet again.

Straight from the snowy mountaintops of Vermont, Ben & Jerry's has introduced the brand new Cookie Cores line. You've probably noshed the crap out of the original Cores (That's My Jam really is everybody's jam) but the latest flavors take filling to the next level. In short, instead of just injecting pints with run-of-the-mill ingredients (caramel? Been there, ate that), the 2015 versions will be 100 percent cookie-fied. And yes, cookie-fied is now officially a thing. Get into it.

Below, a taste-by-taste rundown of your next dietary vices:

Boom Chocolatta

Ben & Jerry's

Description: "Mocha and caramel ice creams with chocolate cookies, fudge flakes and a chocolate cookie core."
Snap judgement: The term "flake" is probably one you don't normally associate with ice cream, but we'll eat pretty much anything made of fudge. Incorporate this into your breakfast routine for a much more enjoyable way to get your caffeine fix.

Peanut Buttah

Ben & Jerry's

Description: "Peanut butter ice cream with crunchy peanut butter sugar bits, peanut butter cookies and a peanut butter cookie core."
Snap judgement: This sounds pretty good, but it seems a little light on the peanut butter, no?

Spectacular Speculoos

Ben & Jerry's

Description: "Dark caramel and vanilla ice creams with Speculoos cookies & a Speculoos cookie butter core."
Snap judgement:  If this flavor doesn't incite natural disaster-level lines at the grocery store, we've lost our faith in the American public.
