She might have been snubbed at this year's Oscars, but Angelina Jolie looked like she was having a great time at Thursday's Critics' Choice Movie Awards!

Host Michael Strahan surprised the crowd when he dressed up as several characters from the nominated films, and no one enjoyed it more than Jolie when Strahan appeared dressed as Maleficent.

"I'm putting the male into Malefecent," he joked, before asking Jolie what she thought of his costume and potentially doing a sequel with him. "I love it, I love it," she shouted from her seat with a huge grin on her face.

The host also began the night in his underwear when he performed a striptease in honor of his upcoming film Magic Mike XXL.

"Who needs lines when you have legs like these?" he joked, referring to the lack of dialogue his character has in the movie.

The laughs he created caused the crowd who might have been overlooked during yesterday's nomination announcement to laugh everything off!

And although you would never think it, Angelina had other reasons to smile despite the news she had received earlier that morning. Fortunately for both Jolie and Jennifer Aniston, the two didn't run into each other despite being at the same event! Talk about a potentially suuuuper awkward situation. Jolie and Aniston were sitting two tables apart, but with nine people at each table, they were a comfortable distance away from each other.

The Unbroken director sat with Garret Hedlund and Miyavi (Brad Pitt skipped out on the evening) while the Cake actress sat with Justin Theroux. Both stars stayed for the entire show, talking with different celebrities throughout the evening's commercial breaks, including Reese WitherspoonEmily Blunt and Kevin Costner.

Before the show even began, however, a source told us that the two actresses missed each other on the red carpet by only four minutes. Talk about a close call!
