The 22-year-old singer-actress Instagrammed an adorable selfie Wednesday of boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama and her puppy Buddy snuggled up against her. "My boys are really sleepy," she captioned the pic. "And I'm the luckiest woman in the world......"
Aw! Demi's dudes aren't just flash-in-the-pan fellas, by the way—they're family! The former Disney star made it official over the holidays when she Instagrammed a picture of "my little family" heading home to Dallas for Christmas!
Buddy, of course, is a relatively new in Demi's life (he's a youngin'!) but Wilmer, 34, has been a mainstay for years now. The typically low profile twosome were on-and-off for a while there, but even when they were technically broken up, they always remained friendly. And of course, they're very "on" these day!
Wilmer has consistently been one of Demi's biggest supporters, too—even when it wasn't easy. Last year, Demi told Fitness magazine that Wilmer was who "called me out" when she began struggling with her eating disorder in the summer of 2013. It "was a relief" when he did, too, she said.
With him by her side, she's doing much better. "I've learned to appreciate my body for what it is," she said. "It helps to remind myself how far I've come."
