It's almost game time!

New England Patriots fans and Seattle Seahawks fans are gearing up all over America for the Super Bowl this Sunday...while the rest of the country is just getting excited to eat yummy game day food, drink ice cold beer and watch the commercials and halftime show with friends and family.

Ah, Super Bowl Sunday, one of the greatest days of the year!

But some celebrities are teaming up on the big day for a more heartwarming reason: charity!

Oxygen's Street Art Throwdown is hosting a promotional stunt in conjunction with the NFL Fan Experience and NBC Sports, and it's the greatest way to give back while still staying in the Super Bowl spirit!

On Saturday, two teams of two artists from the show will go head-to-head, working on a Seahawks-themed mural and a Patriots-themed mural, and throughout the challenge, other celebrities and players will stop by to check out the action. The challenge will take place from 12-4 p.m.

To determine the winner, three guest judges as well as two judges from the show, Justin BUA and Lauren Wagner, will put their heads together to pick the ultimate Super Bowl mural. E! News can exclusively reveal that the guest judges will be none other than Twilight star Kellan Lutz, Olympian Shawn Johnson and Arizona Cardinals punter Drew Butler. The judges will deliberate from 4-4:30 p.m. before picking the winner.

The winning mural will then be auctioned off by NFL Auctions and the proceeds are going to an NFL-themed charity. Amazing!

Street Art Throwdown premieres Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 9 p.m. on Oxygen.
