Khloé Kardashian has a new set of fab abs and she isn't afraid to flaunt them. (Uh, can you blame her?)

The star has been working hard on her fitness with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, who previously revealed to E! News how he got the star's shapely derrière in tip-top shape back in January. Now Peterson is sharing Khloé's ab routine with us because, well, we'd like in on the six-pack action too!

"Your stomach is an organ that digests—your abdominals are the muscles you exercise," Peterson said. "The key is reducing body fat so that the abs you have earned are visible. Play with your diet, use a nutritionist, nothing drastic, just be smart about it."

The trainer shared some of his top moves for getting Khloé the definition she needed for that six-pack to show (and no, putting on a waist-shaper isn't one of them). Khloé's ab-getting routine includes the side hip bridge, ab extensions on the slide ("Similar to an old school ab wheel," he explained) and the ol' knees to heavy bag routine.

"Your core muscles fire first with any movement so they are always in the picture," Peterson said. "Mix up your approach with a variety of movements, resistance loads and rep schemes and you will flush them out—assuming your food and recovery are on point. They are right there under the rest of that stuff!"

Peterson also revealed that Khloé's consistency in the gym and protein-rich diet are most responsible for the emergence of those "baby abs."

"She gets after [to the gym] every day and does not miss. She works hard, she's intense, and she makes the right choices outside of the gym. That's her ‘secret,'" he said.

Khloé has been opening up about her fitness evolution to followers on Instagram, admitting that it was not only lifestyle choices in the past that kept her from the healthy figure she has now, but her state of mind too.

"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was," she wrote alongside the snapshot, which shows her "baby abs" selfie juxtaposed with a pic where she looks slightly heavier. "People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes."

"I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life," the star continued. "My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul."

Well, with that sound mind and a six-pack on deck, seems that Khloé is coming out on top.
