Poop Falls From Sky Onto Sweet 16 Party, Lands on Birthday Girl

"It was brown, it was everywhere, it got on everything," says B-Day girl's stepfather

Forrest Gump popularized the phrase "s--t happens" back in 1994.

A Pennsylvania girl named Jacinda wasn't even born when the Tom Hanks film first hit theaters, but she learned this lesson firsthand Sunday when poop—yes, poop—came raining down on her Sweet 16 birthday party!

Joe Combray, the B-Day girl's stepfather, was playing horseshoes in the backyard at the time of the incident. "Out of nowhere, from the sky, comes a bunch of feces, lands on her," he told FOX 29.

The falling excrement slammed into the middle of a canopy that had been purchased earlier that day to protect partygoers from the elements. And while no one wants No. 2 raining down on their birthday party, the smelly stuff's timing could have actually been a lot worse.

"We just got done with cake. Thank God," said Jacinda's stepfather. "We took the cake back in, because within two minutes, something fell from the sky. It was brown, it was everywhere, it got on everything...I grabbed a hose from over here, immediately started lining things up to start washing it off."

A tech savvy relative at the Sweet 16 bash quickly used am app on her smartphone and figured out the IDs of five planes flying above them at that time. So did one of these planes take a dump mid-flight that just so happened to stink up Jacinda's Sweet 16? That should't be the case...

The FAA told Fox 29 that all airplanes are required to properly dispose of laboratory waste at an airport. Maybe one of 'em just couldn't hold it any longer, though? TBD, but Jacinda's family has filed a complaint with the FAA, and the agency says it plans to investigate.
