Some very lucky Smash fans got the chance to fade in on a girl with a hunger for fame once more last night at the "Bombshell on Broadway" Smash reunion concert.

Katharine McPhee, Megan Hilty, Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Will Chase, Jaime Cepero, Jeremy Jordan, Leslie Odom Jr. and more of the show's cast reunited to perform all of the songs from the fake Marilyn Monroe musical that was at the center of NBC's short-lived Smash. Those songs included "Let Me Be Your Star," "Don't Forget Me," "Cut, Print...Moving On" and "They Just Keep Moving the Line." The cast, assembled by executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, and the men behind the music, Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, came together for the reunion as a charity event for The Actors Fund.

Smash ran from for two seasons from February 2012 to May 2013. The show debuted to big numbers, but its audience began to shrink as episodes aired. Season two saw the series shift focus to two musicals, Bombshell and Hit List. The series ended with Hilty's character, Ivy Lynn, pregnant and winning a Tony for playing Marilyn Monroe in Bombshell.

Could this lead to a true Smash revival? "If it were up to me [laughs], it would be on again," Hilty told us in April. "Even with me not on it, I just think there's something really special about the concept of that show. I would hope so, but who knows."

It's OK to be jealous. We are.
